Thank you for your Interest in the 2025 - 2026 Casper Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Casper program!
Please complete this online application and submit no later than July 7, 2025. 
Over the course of several months, you’ll dive deep into the industries, organizations, and systems that drive Natrona County. You’ll meet with decision-makers, explore behind-the-scenes operations, and gain a 360° view of what makes Casper tick — all while growing alongside a dynamic group of peers who care as much about this community as you do.
Whether you're a rising star, a seasoned professional, or someone simply passionate about creating positive change, Leadership Casper is your chance to sharpen your skills, build your network, and be part of something bigger.

One of the Goals of Leadership Casper is to build a network of community leaders who can enhance their problem-solving and other leadership qualities through shared perspective and working together. Please tell us why you want to be selected to participate in Leadership Casper and what you hope to gain out of the program.

Tuition for LEADERSHIP CASPER is $1,250 per participant. Tuition covers all program costs, meals and materials. Tuition is due in full by August 29, 2025. 

Can you fulfill the financial obligation by August 29, 2025?
All participants must be able to attend the Retreat (August), Business Day at the Legislature (February) and Graduation (May). Though participants are expected to attend all sessions, provisions have been made for absences. Excused absences for no more than two classes will be allowed and participants will be eligible for graduation. Unexcused absences from more than two sessions disqualifies a participant for graduation.

Applicant cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be made to cancellations received after August 29, 2025. EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCE APPEALS PROCESS: A written request may be submitted to the Leadership Committee for consideration of graduation from the program. The Leadership Committee would render a decision in all such cases on a case by case basis. Attendance at sessions benefits you and the group in general. Your attendance and participation are important to you, the rest of your class members and the integrity of the program. Attendance is measured by participation for entire sessions. BOTTOM LINE: Your attendance and ultimate graduation from this elite program are your responsibility!
